One of the many joys of my job is the people I get to meet or reconnect with. Through the years we have people come in to ours lives & we see them on a regular basis. Then as lives change we lose contact with them. Though this is part of life & it is how things go. It's always so nice to be able to see them again, if only for an hour session. 

It amazes me as I sit back & see friends from high school with their children. Family members that are now having babies of their own(even though I remember when they were that little).  Yes, we could say "Only to go back" but this thing called life only flows in one direction & that my friends, is forward. While, I would love to see these friends & family more, I will embrace the time that is given. And for a moment, we can travel down that road of "Remember when...."

This little guy is my cousin, Andrea & her husband's first child. I remember the day Andrea came home from the hospital. My mom loaded my brothers & I into the car to go see her.
